This is architect Roy A. Benjamin for the proposed Broward Theatre which was changed to the Florida Theatre opening August 1, 1939. Seating capacity was set to be 1,266 at opening in a 60' by 176' structure and launched by the Sparks Circuit which had the Sunset and the Queen.
