This USGS map from the 1980s shows how the different Showcase Cinema buildings fit together in the old configuration. The southernmost building is Cinemas 1 and 2, with the corner of the upside-down “L” being the lobby. The middle building is the original Cinema 3 (Lobby the short end of the L, the auditorium is the north-south section.). The northern building is original Cinema 4 and 5. Ultimately they were 1-2-3-4, 5-6, 7-8-9-10. Immediately across the street (east) is the Sack Palace, and just behind that a small part of the Riverdale Drive-in. All is gone except possibly some auditorium walls from the first two buildings (1-3) incorporated into the new megaplex.
