The theater that was said to be planned for across the street from the Rialto. Architectural sketch by Hooper & Janusch of Chicago with assistance from Frederick G. Mueller of Hamilton. Building may have been built but the theater portion doesn’t appear to have launched. It was to be Lousville based Fourth Avenue Amusement’s 52d theater opening in 1930.
