Christian W. Brandt and H.D. Ilgenfritz exterior architectural sketch of the Roosevelt Theatre originally designed as the the $500,000 Cinderella Theatre project. That name was taken by the other Cinderella Theatre. This project would have a dance hall and six associated retail spots to boot.

Hazan G. Breitmeyer’s filling station, also seen in the photo, was at 9343 Gratiot Avenue according to several Detroit city directory entries which helps to confirm the location of this building.
