Mayor Frank B. Gregg banning of Theda Bara in “Cleopatra” in Little Rock made the Palace want to show it that much more after being fined. Assigned seating and a doff of the hat to the Little Rock Board of Censors re-instating the films for patron in March of 1918. Mayor Gregg though so little of the decision, he quit the Censor Board.
