Various ads with the final one being in the right bottom corner from September of 1941 promising a John Wayne “talkie show” instead of using “movie” (sort of like saying you are sending an “electronic mail message” instead of an “email” in the 21st Century). Locals report that at the demolition, film and projector remained inside the, then, unused building.
