David Coppock writes on January 16, 2018 at 5:40 am — Now called The Betty Terry Memorial Theatre. The original power station building open in 1914. The second power station building opened in the 1920’s and closed in 1960 and used by the SES (State Emergency Service) as a storeroom until 1981 or 1982.
Little Gem opened in 1983 with 100 seats from the Theatre Royal (Boulder, Coolgardie, or Perth), replaced with bigger seats in 1997, so there is now only 76 seats. The projectors came from the old Wagin Drive-in. The website is www.cinematourista.com.
