Eros Adult Theatres was located mid-block on the south side of Taylor Street between 3rd and 4th. In this view from the early 1970s the corner sign is for the Eros Adult Bookstore at the northwest corner of 3rd and Taylor in the historic Gilbert Building.
Since the time of this photo the ground floor of the Gilbert has been restored to its late 19th century appearance.
