1. Cohn built the Roseland Theatre in 1914 launching November 5, 1914 to the architectural plans of Dr. Leslie J. Nelson. The opening ad is at left with a larger ad following in the middle and right. It was shortened to Rose Theatre in its transition to sound era. A change during World War II to Marine Theatre is at left.
