K Theatre #1 is in the upper left. It moved to its new location at upper right. It stayed silent into 1931 while the sound films played at the Clintonia (upper center). It got sound becoming the New Kaye Theatre in December of 1931. 20 years later as the Kaye Theatre it got an update to become the New Kaye Theatre. It closed and was converted to a retail fish market.
