The good news is that “Playboy of Paris” is only three days away playing at the Ivy on Christmas Eve. However, a closer look finds that the entire center and roof of the Ivy Theatre has been obliterated due to a projector room explosion during the last showtimes on December 21, 1930. Everyone go out though and just one injury.
