The southwestern edge of the Sunset Place parking garage on the corner of US-1 and SW 70th Street (Google Maps seems to indicate it also may be SW 58th Avenue) where the Riviera Theatre once stood.
On the right is a Tire Kingdom car repair shop occupying a building that existed at the time the former Riviera Theatre building was part of the Fuchs Bakery complex, as seen in the overhead shot from February 7th, 1956 on page 126 in the South Miami chapter of the book “Coral Gables“ by Seth H. Bramson, as I described in the beginning of my comment dated January 13th, 2017.
