This may have been the picture originally posted by Lost Memory in 2005, but that link no longer works.
This theatre remained vacant until the 70’s when it burned down. Now on the site are several retail stores.

Listed as part of Warner Bros. in the 1944 FDY. Listed as CLOSED and part of Stanley Warner Corp. in the 1956 Film Daily Yearbook.
A Griffith-Beach organ was installed in this theater in 1925.
Arcadia Publishing, “Paterson”, p. 94 has a nice photo of the theater. Marquee shows “Innocents of Paris” (1929)
May have been built prior to 1923 (unless it was built specificall for lease):
