Theatre was purchased by Joe Patten and a used Moller organ was purchased by Patten and RL Foreman Jr. but never operational. Plans for completion were dropped when the Fox was saved in 1975. Interior renovation by Charles Walker assisted by John Perry.

It is a shame a theater such as this is gone. I went to see a play there in the mid 1980s. The auditorium looked beautiful. It looked like a spanish court yard.
