This was a small second run house that catered to the resort areas around Greenwood Lake. I was told it usually was a seasonal house but at times stayed open all year. It opened by 1941, but was listed as (Closed) in the 1943 edition of Film Daily Yearbook. It had reopened by 1950 when it was operated by Liggett-Florin Booking Service and they were still the operators in 1957.
