Due to falling ticket sales of second run movies, the current owner is consider to rent or lease the property to other businesses. This is the situation of once gallant movie houses in the Philippines that has succumbed to the recent growth of big malls that sprung up around the city. Its one of the few remaining art deco structures in the Philippines which saw its peak during the 1930s.
