A Wurlitzer organ (opus 1885) was installed in this theatre on 5/29/1928.
This theatre is listed in an edition of Motion Picture News as Roxe Theatre and it opened on 25 Sep 1928 with 1250 seats.
This theatre is also listed on CT under its later name, the Chancellor, which has numerous comments, including a bit about its time as the Roxy/Roxe that I’ve just added.
