I have the contact information for you! My paternal family is from Bamberg. The site is used primarily as a banquet hall now, and the facelift: I MISS THE SIGN! Anyway, if you need the info it’s:

The exterior has gotten a face lift and unfortunately the wonderful old sign is gone now. Downtown Bamberg was “revitalized” in the late 1990’s and the Little Theater sits at the end of the changed section of Main street. As of March 2009 it appears that the theater is still being used, although primarily for civic functions rather than a movie house.

The October 13, 1945 Issue of BoxOffice Magazine reports:
“J. W. Hand reopened his Little Theater in Bamberg, S.C. It has been closed for many weeks for remodeling.”
In March 2009, a storytelling festival was held in Bamberg, with one of the locations “SCARLETT’S LITTLE THEATER”.
In February 2007, The “Little Theater” hosted the Chamber of Commerce “Business After Hours” event.
