The interior of the Ritz Theater circa 1928. Harold Franklin visited the theater in 1931 when Howard Hughes and he bought the property. In a span of about six weeks from his visit to Christmas Day, the interior was completely modernized, the exterior revamped, and the theater’s name changed to the Mirror.
