Operating prior to 1929 with 278 seats. By 1931 it had 430 seats, the Majestic Theatre was owned by Audrey Cox. It was remodeled and enlarged in 1948 to the plans of Lamesa based architectural firm Allen & Allen. It was still open in 1957.
