The Route 130 Drive-In was located at the current Route 130 and I-195 interchange in Hamilton Township (NJ) just outside the capital city of Trenton. It was renamed Trenton Drive-In in Aporil 1954. The drive-in was razed as part of the construction of I-195 in the early-1970’s. For several years after the opening of the interstate, the screen remained intact just off of the northwest cloverleaf of the Route 130/I-195 interchange.

Here is a 1963 aerial view. I used Robbinsville to find the location, as opposed to Hamilton Township.

Above address does not map properly. Use U.S. 130 & Kuser Rd. The drive-in was SW of this intersection. The rectangular building next to the freeway was where the concession stood.

From the April 24, 1954 Billboard: “Name of the Route 130 Drive-In, Trenton, N. J., has been changed to the Trenton Drive-In, and corporate name of the operator is now Mercer Drive-In Corporation.”
