The Belmont Theatre was constructed in 1915 with seating for 509. It was located on West Washington Street at Belmont. It was owned by A.C. Zaring. The Belmont has been demolished, and a strip mall was built on the site.

The Belmont is still listed as being open in the Film Daily Yearbook:1950 edition

the Belmont was torn down several years ago when the property was redeveloped as a stripmall center

Did it have live music in its later years at any time? I seem to remember going there once with a friend who lived on Belmont.
