The Marks Theatre was a unit of Premier Operating Corp., a partner affiliate of Famous Players Canadian Corporation!!
I used to go to the Marks often. There’s a book out about the Marks brothers – good info in it!
If a photo of that block turns up can you let me know please, as my great grandfather owned the barbershop next door and I can’t find a photo of it anywhere – perhaps it will show up in a photo of the old Marks!
