The Green Ridge Theatre was open by 1925, located in a commercial district in the Green Ridge section of East Scranton. Not sure of date it closed. It did cause a sensation in early-1970’s by going X-rated in an otherwise staid neighborhood.

Are you talking about the Roosevelt, or are they one in the same?

The Roosevelt was located on Greenridge corners. Penn & Market sts.
