Opened in 1999 with stadium seating by the Destinta Theatre chain. In November 2019 it was taken over by Phoenix Theatres Entertainment. It had closed by December 2020.

This theater was new construction. The only existing space used was a long defunct A&P where the lobby is now.
The info above is wrong. This theatre was never closed for ten years. This was a new build. The Squire Cinema, which was in the shopping plaza in the 1970’s and 1980’s, still remains closed and abandoned behind the new theatre.
Please update, the theatre now owned by Phoenix Theatres Entertainment and is closed for renovations, opening November 15 as per website New Windsor
