A more accurate address (at least for Google) is N4809 U.S. 63, Spooner, WI. Today, a few businesses occupy the property. Whatever remains of the drive-in are probably located in the grove of trees just to the west of the Spooner Veterinary Clinic. http://tinyurl.com/z4jmma4

A 1980 aerial view shows the drive-in with its screen and glory, but a 1988 aerial view shows a large tree on a few traces, meaning that it most likely closed during the 1980s.

It appears to have closed before 1980. That aerial photo doesn’t show the screen in place. In fact, it appears to have been closed for some time.

I thought I saw a shadow for a moment, but now I do see that the screen disappeared. Thanks for the update!
