“Can-Can” opened on November 10, 1960 and ended on January 11, 1961, for a total run of 63 days, or nine weeks. In a reversal of the usual policy, the downtown RKO Palace had a second, continuous, popular-price run of “Can-Can”, opening on March 2, 1961 and ending on March 8, 1961, for a run of seven days.
