The Angelus Theatre opened in 1912 and was located in the Washington Park neighborhood on E. 51st Street near S. Indiana Avenue. The Angelus Theatre had a short life, closing in 1916.

Opened in 1912, the Angelus Theatre closed in 1916. It had a seating capacity of 300. The site of the theatre is today occupied by a store.
The building still stands, the theater is now a weave salon and vacant store.
