Feb 3, 2020 shot. Recently, a new but “vintage” facade was placed on the existing 1960s building, in the space where the old theater stood. The facade is NOT historical. It is highly unlikely that any part of this structure is part of the old theater. This current renovation is now The Avalon Luxury Apartments, with the ground floor to be rented.
