The Sigmund Theatre opened in 1935 on site of the old Nickelodeon, but unfortunately I cannot find the exact opening date.

Today Massingale Furniture Store occupies this former cinema.

Due to its corner location on Main & Broadway, the Sigmond address could be listed as One Main, or One Broadway. Both would be correct.
