Discovered this theatre while reviewing articles from the Atlanta Journal & Constitution published between 1930 and 1960. Was unable to find any information as to when the theatre was built or where in the Atlanta area it was located. Quite certain that it was not the Garden Hills Theatre since it was in operation as the Fine Art during the same period the Garden Theatre was open.

The Garden Theatre is listed with 500 seats in the Film Daily Yearbook; 1941 edition (no mention of a Garden Hills Theatre or a Fine Art Theatre though)
In the 1943 edition of F.D.Y. the Garden Hills Theatre is listed with a seating capacity of 500, but no mention of a Garden Theatre or a Fine Arts Theatre.
None of the 3 theatres are named in the 1950 edition of F.D.Y.
