The 800-seat Royal Theatre opened at 358 Nebraska Street in 1914. John J. Friedl managed the theater for Hostelttler Amusement Circuit. Here, in 1921 Friedl carries around a Mae Murray cutout to promote the film, “The Gilded Lily”
