The Martin Twin closed permanently on August 22, 1985 with “Weird Science” and “Volunteers" (at bottom) with a week of ads listing it as closed thereafter (above). Reports say the former theater was gutted and retrofitted as a restaurant as do ads for the restaurant that list it in the home of the former theater.
