On the main drag in Fair Haven (still New Haven), is this building, now a Latin club called El Gran. There’s a beautiful mural on the front. Around the back, there’s a playground abutting it’s semi-short auditorium. Its grey/beige bricks are somewhat large and bumpy and you can see the pilasters on the side.
The Grand Theatre was opened in 1938.
