HI-HO Drive-In

L.C. Dennis opened the HI-Ho Drive-In with a grand opening celebration June 5, 1948. Opening night included a live performance by the Harmony Boys and a screening of “Homestretch” starring Cornel Wilde. The Hi-Ho Drive-In closed in the 1977.

The projection booth / snack bar building stands behind the Wagon Wheel cafe about a mile east of walmart.

Skip thanks for the update on the Hi Ho.
..I had the theater behind the Trails End,
which is next door to the Wagon Wheel Inn.

I did some checking 03-04-2011, and found a prjectionist and his daughter, and they both confirmed the theater was on the site of the now Trails End Restaurant.
The Snack bar is intact , and survives, and can be seen on Don Lewis
Vanishing Theater image site.
