The Cine Ritz was opened in 1940 and ran as a first-run deluxe cinema. It is located in the Cinelandia district of Sao Paulo and was described as one of the most beautiful theatres in the city. A feature was a lighted fountain in the foyer.
A car parking building now stands on the site.
