The Cine Arenal is located in the Playa district of Havana on Avenida 41 between Calle 30 and 34. It has an Art Deco style facade with a castellated effect, remeniscent of a castle with a stepped facade. It opened in 1945 and I believe it closed in 2004/2005. By 2016 it was in use by a dance company.

This theater is erroneously positioned in the street map on 56 Street, it was on Avenida 41 between 30 and 32 Streets in the district formerly called Nicanor del Campo.
Now a dance company uses it
