The Wyoming Theater was opened in the Odd Fellows Building on June 13, 1919. It is listed as operating in editions of Film Daily Yearbook from at least 1941 through to at least the early-1960’s
The Wyoming was part of the Wesco chain until 1953. Wesco was headquartered in Glenrock, Wyoming. President was Carlin Smith and general manager/buyer was Frank Hall. Wesco also operated theaters in Colorado, Nebraska and Missouri. It was still open in 1976 when it was renamed Spare-Time Theatre.

Motion Picture Herald, June 20, 1953: “Wesco Theatres has sold the Wyoming, Lusk, Wyoming, to Melvin Meier.”
Same theater? Boxoffice, Sept. 20, 1976: “Larry Eggebroten has taken over the Lusk Theatre in Lusk, Wyo., and will rename the house the Spare-Time. This appellation is most appropriate, since the theatre is operated in conjunction with the Lusk Bowling Lanes.”
