Listed in the 1945 and 1951 Film Daily Yearbooks as open, and seating 325 and 320 respectively. The address given for the Tolsun Theatre in the Film Daily Yearbook of 109 W. Van Buren Avenue no longer maps. It appears that Van Buren Avenue has since been renumbered.

This theatre building is still standing. It is now a funeral parlor.
