Lincoln Theatre

The Lincoln Theater may have been the first African-American theater in Knoxville. The Lincoln Theatre operated between 1907 and 1911 presenting vaudeville and possibly movies.

An ad for the Lincoln dated Dec. 12, 1907 posted in the photos page. So the theatre was open in 1907.
