Opened in 1955. The name is ‘Idaho’ spelt backward. This was part of the Hall Circuit in the early-1980’s. It was still open in 1981, but had closed by 1989.

You know, Bryan, no one likes a teacher’s pet. I could have figured that out in a few weeks if you hadn’t jumped in.
That’s the way I entered it.
The almanac gave the address as “c/o Reed’s Cafe Highway 95”.
8th St & A St, Plummer, ID 83851
The above address will map accurately to the location of the drive-in.
Here is a 1975 aerial photo of the drive-in, courtesy of Earth Explorer and USGS.
A closer address (at least for Google) is 111 N 8th Street, Plummer, ID. You can still see some of the ramps. http://tinyurl.com/jh8s7yj
This theater was owned by my grandmother, Ermel Reed founder of Reed’s Cafe. It was later owned by my parents, John and Judy Russell, while they owned the cafe, ~1977 to approximately 1990. It closed under their ownership. The name is Idaho spelled backwards.
The O'Hadi (with an apostrophe) advertised in the 1961 Plummer High School yearbook, the Elsquitut.
The drive-in was missing from a 1954 aerial photo. Topo maps in 1959 and 1966 showed a northwest-facing screen close to 8th Street. The 1982 topo map showed the screen another 200 feet north, matching its location in a 1975 photo. The drive-in was still there in 1981, but gone by 1998.
