The Granada Theatre was opened around 1930. It was operated by Paramount Pictures Inc. through their subsidiary Frank Walker. It had closed by 1950. It was converted into commercial space and by 2021 was vacant.

Converted to commercial space, now vacant. The ACTUAL address of this building is 103 W Lacka Ave.
