Nottingham Post (14 Jul 2018): The Beacon Ritz Bingo hall in South Street announced it will shut on July 19 2018.

a scan from a fuzzy over-exposed photo i took in the early 80’s when the Ritz was Barry Nobles Luxury Bingo, there was outcry when they planned to modernise it (in hideous 80’s style) and to hack-off the fin tower, luckily conservationists won the day.
