Though demolished, elements from the Bay Theatre, including its ticket window, light fixtures, seats, and player piano (from its early days showing silent movies) are now on display at the Red Bay Museum, which also includes salvaged parts of other lost Red Bay structures, such as its depot, soda fountain, churches and bank. Red Bay, which is located near the Alabama-Mississippi border, is also known for being the town closest to where country legend Tammy Wynette was born and raised.
