Don, is it Ramon or Raymon? Or perhaps both?
Thst should be an aka, then, I suppose.
Well, Ramon is spanish for Raymond.
From the 1940s a photo postcard view of the Raymon Theatre in Raymondville.
Sorry Ken but I’m unable follow your logic as to why the Ramon should have an aka as the Raymond.
Don, in your pic it’s spelled Ramon, not Raymon, however……
I’m confident that Ken Roe doesn’t add aka(s) for our theater offerings to C/T on suppositions. If not for that, one could go through all 29,000 plus listings and suggest whatever aka they thought sounded good.
That being said if you can persuade him to follow that line of thinking I will be all for it.
Until then this particular Ramon Theater has no aka except the one in your mind.
From 1939 a rare photograph of the RAMON THEATRE in Raymondville Texas.
Does this photograph of the “RAMON THEATRE” make it clear enough that the name of the theatre is indeed the “RAMON THEATRE” or does it need to be in NEON?
Thanks Chuck!
