Royal Theater

This small theater may or may not still be standing. It was opened in 1910 and closed in 1915. The theater was described as being in a two-story building, but the building at this address appears quite old and has a fairly theatrical looking cornice. The theater may have been demolished recently, as the adjacent property has been in a state of partial demolition or collapse for some time.

I think there were some loft style apartments at the neighboring location up until 2005 or so.
A couple of fires displaced the few who resided or worked there.

The Royal was still in operation as late as 1956, and perhaps longer.

The Theatre is still standing it is as is just like in the picture!
