The Broadway Theatre-Kingswood Plaza is the sole theatre in business in Tin Shiu Wai, a newly developed satellite town in the New Territories near the border.

It opened to business as a eight screen, 1,392-seat multiplex on 17th June, 1999. Four screens has been closed a few years later for business reasons. Among its four remaining screens, two are equipped with SR, while the other two with a SRD sound system.

The theatre is managed by Edko Films Limited.
