The Beaver Theatre was open from at least 1936 into the early 1950s. The property on which it sat in the Manchester section of Pittsburgh’s North Side later became part of a re-landscaped region that was part shopping center and part highway connector between the Fort Duquesne Bridge and Routes 65 and 19.
