- May 27, 2009 — Kingsway 4 breathes new life
The 4-screen Kingsway Cinema was opened by Consolidated Theatres on June 19, 1981. It was located in the Kingsway Plaza Shopping Center. Taken over by Carmike Cinemas and renamed Carmike Cinema 4, they closed it in 2008.
It re-opened under independent operators as the Kingsway Cinema on May 29, 2009. It was closed in May 2022.
