The Buflo Theatre was one of two indoor movie theatres located in Buffalo during the 1950’s. In 1953, it was purchased by Howard Patterson and Lonny and Evelyn Pitts from John White of Camdenton. I believe it was located on the Court Square.

From Boxoffice magazine, January 1946:
BUFFALO, MO.-Claude White and his son John have acquired the Nu-Buflo Theater here from C.C. Rhodes. The Whites also operate a theater in Camdenton, MO.
The Buffalo Theatre dates back to 1938. The theatre was located on S. Maple Street.
The Buflo Theatre was still in operation at least as late as October 8, 1959, when it was showing Face of a Fugitive starring Fred MacMurray and Dorothy Green.
